Parrhesia

some fool
left a poem
out in the sun
where ultra violent
rays burnt
new meanings
into old ideas

the poem
grew so large
it needed
6 tall poets
to carry it thru
the streets
so all the world
could read it

in the end
the poem
became so strong
it had
to be silenced

so it was
captured
&
dismantled
line by line
word by word
&
all things
returned
to normal

On hearing everything at once

thru venetian blinds
it flows
seeping between cracks
riding rays
of morning sunlight
everything out there
becoming
part of everything
in here

a billion satellite
voices bouncing
from
wall to wall
phone tones piercing
&
prying
screaming
crying
laughing
&
dying

electronic information
feeding on internal
organs
an invisible virus
infiltrating inner
sanctums
infecting
&
corrupting brain cells
with
promises of tomorrow
